60th Anniversary of Ravensbrück Liberation Ceremonies held at camp memorial near Berlin, Germany

Ceremonies at Uckermark, which was a camp for youth categorized as “asocial” (including lesbians) in the early years and then a place for women designated to die at Ravensbrück. Exhibits included abstracted wire sculptures of women prisoners along barbed wired fences.
